#shutdown VM and create a 10gb disk using ISCI or IDE controller if not already created
#verify the newly attached disk eg sdc
lsblk
dnf -y install vdo kmod-kvdo xfsprogs
vdo create --name vdo1 --device /dev/sdc --vdologicalsize 50G
vdo status (to confirm the vdo and path, usually /dev/mapper/vdo1)
mkfs.xfs /dev/mapper/vdo1
mkdir -p /vbread
mount /dev/mapper/vdo1 /vbread
blkid /dev/mapper/vdo1 (get UUID)
nano /etc/fstab
add: UUID=XXXXXXXX /vbread xfs defaults 0 0
